Fractional Design Director for mission-led teams
Track record.
No gallery. Each entry is the problem in the client's words, what I decided, and what changed afterwards.
Annual and investor reporting for a listed company — A company listed in the Gulf needed its annual report, ESG report and investor presentations to read as one organisation across print, digital and presentation, in English and Arabic, to a fixed earnings-cycle deadline. I created the design concept, then led the design team, artworkers and translators through production. The reporting suite now shares one system, so each year’s cycle starts from a standard rather than a blank page.
Investor reporting for a London-listed venture capital firm — A venture firm listed on the London Stock Exchange reports to shareholders on a portfolio of private companies, which means explaining valuation movements and portfolio stories clearly enough for the market to trust them, twice a year, to deadline. I led the design of the investor presentations so the numbers, the narrative and the portfolio case studies read as one argument rather than three documents.
Corporate presentations for an investor relations firm's clients across industries — An investor relations firm in Dubai briefs on behalf of listed companies in banking, energy, real estate, healthcare and airline, each with its own brand, its own board and the same deadline: results day. The problem was consistency at speed — every presentation had to be unmistakably the client’s, built to the firm’s standard, and out the door on the earnings calendar. I set the design standard the team worked to and ran the presentation workstream across clients, so a new company or a new quarter started from a known system rather than a fresh negotiation about what good looked like.
Strategy, brand and website for a London credit investor — Their audience is institutional: people who decide quickly whether a firm is credible and move on. I led the positioning and design, then built the Webflow site myself so there was no handoff between what was decided and what shipped.
Rebrand and product UI for in-gym technology — Wexer’s brand had to work on a gym wall, in a sales deck and inside the product screen at the same time. I reset the positioning, rebuilt the identity and designed the website and UI to one system, so marketing and product stopped looking like two companies.
Making an innovation process legible for the water sector — The company runs innovation across four stages — enabling, delivering, sharing, adopting — but the process lived in documents and nobody outside the team could see it whole. I designed the visual model of the flow so it can be presented, printed and used in conversation, and wrote the brief that keeps it consistent as it’s reused.
